One-Minute Documentaries Give Voices to Under-Appreciated Members of Our Community

One-Minute+Documentaries+Give+Voices+to+Under-Appreciated+Members+of+Our+Community

Students in Mx. Redding’s Photography and Film class were given the assignment of creating one-minute documentaries about adults in the WIS community but with a twist. They were instructed to choose someone who was not the typical, popular teacher, administrator, or staff member. Instead, they were encouraged to give voices to members of our community who have not been here for a long time and are not necessarily well known by everyone. “This is your school community,” Mx. Redding told her students, “Do you know all the adults that help make this a community with you?”
