You have probably heard that the middle school play this year was Alice in Wonderland. This magical play introduced an amazing cast playing a range of crazy characters. Some of these include Alice played by Isadora Evers; Isabel Restrepo as the Queen of Hearts; Devon McCarthy as the Mad Hatter; Katie Thomson as the White Rabbit and Anouk Griffiths as the Cheshire Cat.

As you all know, this magical play takes place in Wonderland. Alice is transported there, where she meets the White Rabbit who tells her to take care of the Queen of Hearts’ sugar tarts. While she isn’t looking the tarts are stolen. Alice then goes on an amazing adventure to try and discover the thief before the Queen finds out and beheads the Rabbit.

The cast spent an incredible amount of time perfecting their characters and scenes. The set was very well made, transporting the audience into Wonderland. The costumes and makeup were colorful and fun, and were the final step needed to convince the audience of their characters. All in all, it was a fun and entertaining show for everyone.
